This large pottery centerpiece bowl is beautifully handcrafted and features a lightly glazed interior of mixed earthy colors and unglazed exterior to highlight the natural colors and textures of clay.

The spikes are inspired by the the Pochote tree, also called Ceiba tree, which is the sacred tree of life for the Maya, Mixtec, Aztec civilizations and many other cultures of Mesoamerica.
